May 2022 Phase II Seal Coat Project

Success!! The seal coat project is finished and we are pleased with the results. Several compliments have been received by homeowners and guests. The sunken asphalt in front of the street drains has been repaired and this has improved drainage. The cracks in the asphalt were repaired and filled prior to seal coat. This should discourage further cracking and allow expanding and contracting this winter, hopefully preventing further crack damage.
