About Us

The Crown Estates Homeowner's Association is located in Vancouver, Clark County, WA. It is comprised of two separate neighborhoods with distinctive differences. Phase I is a neighborhood of 16 homes on a public street (NE 14th Circle) and is located south of 16th Ave. and east of NE 125th Ave. Phase II is a neighborhood of 12 homes on two connected private drives (NE 12th Way and NE 13th Way, connected by NE 126th Place), south of 16th Ave and west of NE 127th Ave. Because of their inherent differences (public verses private streets), dues are different for each Phase.
